We wish to clarify that these websites have no connection with Our Company, and they are not authorized to use our name, logo, marketing plans, or any other proprietary materials. They are also not permitted to conduct any acts, promotions, or marketing on behalf of Our Company.
O2O QR Panpay Holdings Sdn Bhd is a licensed direct selling company operating under the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 and is supervised by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living. Our Company does not engage in public solicitations for investments, fundraising, or account openings. This includes, but is not limited to, any communications through print and online articles, advertisements, social media sites, messaging apps such as Telegram, WeChat, WhatsApp, or other public platforms. Any communication purporting to be from Our Company or our agents on these matters is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately at [contact information].
We urge the public to be vigilant, as Our Company’s name, brand, and reputation are sometimes misused by unauthorized individuals or entities to create fake websites, initiate illegitimate marketing, fundraising, or investment campaigns, and engage in other fraudulent schemes.
